Why We Exist
Growing up in northern Nigeria, I witnessed many women struggling financially—not because they were lazy, but because they lacked access to education and opportunities. It was heartbreaking to see their potential go unrealized.
My mother owns a school, and I saw many brilliant children forced to drop out simply because their parents couldn’t afford their education. Their dreams of becoming doctors and professionals were shattered due to financial constraints. My mother helped as many as she could, but the high cost of university education meant that many still couldn't continue.
This reality inspired the creation of the Blooming Hearts Foundation—a mission-driven initiative to empower women and support children's education, ensuring that financial barriers do not stand in the way of their future
About us
Blooming Hearts Foundation is a nonprofit organisation committed to transforming lives by mentoring and equipping women and girls (age 16-45) with digital and vocational skills, while supporting underprivileged children through education, scholarships, and community development. through education and empowerment.
